Our Story

PADfolio started the same way a lot of smart rental portfolios start: with one property and the realization that “passive income” isn’t passive when you’re the one chasing late rent, coordinating repairs, and putting out fires at night.

We built PADfolio around a simple idea—landlords shouldn’t have to choose between protecting their home and growing their returns. Too many owners were either managing everything themselves and getting burned out, or they were handing their investment to someone who treated it like a number on a spreadsheet. I wanted a higher standard: clear communication, documented inspections, organized maintenance, and real accountability.

The name “PADfolio” says exactly what we do. We protect the "PAD"—the condition of the property, the systems, the lease compliance, and the maintenance history—while helping owners grow their "portfolio" through consistent operations and fewer costly surprises. That means proactive check-ins, tighter vendor coordination, and clean financial reporting so owners always know where they stand.
